Privacy policy declaration
For the use of this web-application, data on the farm and the biogas plant are requested (e.g. type of farming, amount of electricity feed-in, installed nominal power of the CHPU). The data is needed to calculate the greenhouse gas emissions. With the termination of the page visit or the closing of the application, this data expires irrevocably and cannot be restored. The data is not stored or passed on to third parties.
For technical reasons, each page visit is temporarily logged by the web server. This logging includes:
- Complete IP address of the requesting computer
- Name and time of the request
- Name of the requested file/webpage
- Webpage from which the file was requested
- Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- Web browser and operating system used
- Amount of data transferred
For reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server, we store this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to individual users. The data is processed exclusively for this purpose and in anonymized form for statistical purposes; it is not compared with other data or passed on to third parties, even in excerpts.
